High-Definition TiVo Series 3 Now Available!

Well, its finally happened. TiVo released its much anticipated High Def Series 3 box on Tuesday, for a whopping $799 US, plus subscription fee. What do you get for your hard earned cash? A dual-tuner TiVo with a 250GB hard drive, capable of recording 32 hours of HD programming or 300 hours of standard def shows. With dual-tuners, the new TiVo Series 3 lets you record two shows at once, watch one show while recording another, or record two programs while watching a previously recorded third program. I'm very excited about this new TiVo, I just wish it were a bit more affordable for consumers.
