• Noisy fan
• Must be a digital cable subscriber to use

Conclusion

The Motorola DCT6208 and DCT6412 DVRs are a great option for consumers who subscribe to digital cable. The monthly cost is under $20 for a powerful and convenient DVR. Never again miss your favorite television shows. On the downside, you must subscribe to Digital Cable to receive one of these units. But, for the money you can't go wrong with a Motorola DCT6208 or DCT6412. I give the DCT6208 4 stars, only because it has one tuner. The dual tuner DCT6412 gets 4.5 stars.
